{NKHS Athletic Medicine} {Career and Technical Education}

The North Kitsap High School Athletic Medicine/Student Athletic Training Program includes two Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) and approximately 25 Athletic Medicine Students completing their after-school internships. The North Kitsap Athletic Medicine Program is under the supervision of Dr. Bradley Watters, MD, and Sports Medicine Orthopaedic Surgeon and a community advisory committee. Prevention of athletic injuries is the number one goal of the Athletic Medicine department, along with the care and rehabilitation. When injuries do occur, the Athletic Medicine staff provides the best in care and uses state-of-the-art equipment to return the student-athlete to 100 percent recovery.
