North Kitsap School District
IMPORTANT NEWS: Coming Spring 2014: In an effort to allow all of our applicants to maintain current application materials, all electronic confidential references in FastTrack will now remain in effect for 2 years. Once a reference has expired, it will be removed from the FastTrack database and updated reference info will need to be entered by the applicant for any new applications. Note: This change only impacts outdated confidential references. It does not mean that the entire application process itself has to be completed every two years… just the confidential references.
Thank you for your interest in employment with the North Kitsap School District. Our online application system enables you to complete your application for specific jobs by uploading the required application components through the internet. Some of the required documents and forms (found on the Required Applications Forms page which is on the menu on the left side of this page) will need to be completed, printed off, signed and scanned back in to your online application before you will be able to submit it.
You must have an email address to use the system. Since applicant contact is most often made through the system it is important that you add our address and domain to your address book (to enableyour spam blocker to allow the informationto reach you). Note: No Two applicants may use the same email address as the system can only recognize one name per email address. Facebook emails do not work with our system (for applicant contacts or as reference contacts) as emails sent from our system to facebook get blocked.
Attention MAC users: If you are using a MAC you may experience difficulties entering dates in this system if you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer. If your MAC came with the Safari Internet Browser you will find using it to be more successful. You may also use Netscape; however, Firefox is another browser that seems to be problematic with dates. Also the menu navigation will not work properly due to lack of full support for CSS tags
