The district encompasses an area of roughly 110 square miles and caters to the educational needs of various communities, including Poulsbo, Kingston, Suquamish, Hansville, Keyport, Indianola, and Port Gamble. Notably, it is home to two sovereign nations, the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe and the Suquamish Tribe, which further enriches the cultural diversity of the area.
