The North Kitsap School District is committed to making its facilities accessible to the community, provided that such use does not interfere with educational or district programs. As our primary focus is on the education of our students, their activities will always be given top priority.

We are pleased to welcome community members to utilize our district facilities for a wide range of activities that align with the district's best interests and do not disrupt our educational programs. Over the past decade, our district facility scheduling office has efficiently processed more than 21,000 applications for facility use, and this number continues to grow. Rest assured, we have the necessary tools in place to handle your requests promptly.

To streamline the scheduling process, we use an application system. Please submit your request at least two weeks before your event. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or disapproval of your application. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling the district facility scheduling office for immediate verbal verification or availability/confirmation, as all communication will be handled via email.

Registration and Event Calendar Links

We appreciate your interest in utilizing the facilities, sports fields, auditorium, and other spaces within the North Kitsap School District.

Please note that the availability of these spaces may be restricted due to health and safety considerations, in-person learning necessities, and the requirements of WIAA-sanctioned events.

Schedule an Event or Facility Reservation

To submit a new event or facility reservation request, visit the Incident IQ event scheduling page.

If you already have an account, sign in on the first screen before beginning your request. This ensures the event is associated with your account and organization.

If you or your organization are new to the system, select Register a new account and follow the prompts. Our event coordinator will review and verify your registration. Once your account has been approved, you can sign in and submit reservation requests.

Existing FMX Users

If you used our FMX system within the past year, you may already have an active account.

Visit the Incident IQ account portal and select Reset your password. Enter the email address you previously used with FMX, and you should receive a password-reset email within a few minutes.

After resetting your password, select Reveal other sign-in options, if necessary, and sign in using your email address and new password.

To submit an event request, return to the event scheduling page - you should not need to sign in as your account will already be authenticated.
