January is School Board Appreciation Month!
This month, we celebrate our North Kitsap School Board members for their dedication and leadership. Our board—President Breane Martinez, Vice President Mike Desmond, Beverly Godfrey, Stacy Mills, and Edward Wright—works hard to ensure our schools reflect the needs and values of our community.
From setting policies to supporting educational excellence and managing budgets, their decisions impact every student, staff member, and family in the district. In Washington, school board members are volunteers, giving their time and energy to create a brighter future for all.
