Now Enrolling Peer Partners for NKSD Preschool Programs

North Kitsap School District Developmental Preschool is now accepting applications for Peer Partners for the 2025–26 school year.
Peer Partners are typically developing children who attend preschool alongside peers receiving special education services. This inclusive model supports communication, empathy, social-emotional development, and school readiness for all students.
Our developmental preschools are located at:
- Suquamish Elementary
- Poulsbo Elementary
- David Wolfle Elementary
Classrooms are led by certified early learning staff with inclusive practices at the core. Peer Partners attend four days a week for 2.5-hour sessions.
This is a wonderful opportunity for children to build confidence, friendships, and skills in a welcoming and supportive preschool environment.
