CURRICULUM DESCRIPTION
Mystery Science, part of the Discovery Education family, provides hands-on lessons which are NGSS-aligned for Kindergarten through 5th grade covering the key performance expectations. Mystery Science sees students as active explorers who learn not by listening and consuming, but by discussing, by building and observing hands-on models, and by writing about what they learn. Every Mystery Science lesson is crafted to motivate students for the sake of learning new things.
Mystery Science curriculum activity supply kits are currently being piloted in K-5 classrooms throughout the district.
