Student Rights and Responsibilities

We work to ensure that our schools are safe, collaborative, and intentional learning environments. We ask that students and families partner with us in these efforts by meeting academic expectations and acting responsibly. Please take time to review the student rights and responsibilities annually.

The board policy Student Conduct (policy 3240) outlines the conduct expectations and reasonable sanctions for students both on and off campus.

Student Discipline Policies set by the board of directors provide the framework for following the student conduct policy.

The Student and Family Technology Handbook covers issues such as the procedure for lost or damaged devices, appropriate online conduct, the District's filtering policy, and other important topics that are related to your student's device and their use thereof.
