Early Entrance for Kindergarten (EEK)

The Early Entrance for Kindergarten (EEK) program gives children who turn 5 years old between September 1 and October 31 a chance to start kindergarten early. To ensure they’re ready for the social, emotional, and academic expectations of kindergarten, the process includes an online screening, an in-person evaluation, and input from parents and a non-family reference who knows the child well. This thoughtful approach helps determine if early kindergarten is the right fit, giving young learners a strong start to their school journey.
