This program integrates practical skills training with academic learning to provide students with a well-rounded educational experience.

  • AP Computer Science Principles: This course explores the expansive influence of computing and technology on society and various academic disciplines. The curriculum prepares students for advanced studies in computer science and related fields. It lays the groundwork for further specialization in game programming and more advanced AP Computer Science courses.
  • Career Choice: This course offers students a comprehensive guide to selecting future careers aligned with their personality, abilities, and lifestyle. It covers various fundamental topics, including career research, entrepreneurship, job application processes such as resume writing and interviewing, workplace ethics, and health and safety. Students will gain essential knowledge and tools to make informed career decisions and prepare for future employment, with the benefit of earning college credit to advance their educational pursuits.
  • Personal Finance: This course gives students the essential knowledge to navigate significant financial decisions. Students will learn through practical topics such as money management, apartment and house hunting, car purchasing, budgeting, savings and investing, and understanding banking and credit.
